Pharos Repeat Isolated 4-Port DMX/RDM Repeater

The Pharos Repeat provides a practical DMX512 splitter and repeater solution, featuring four RDM-compatible output ports designed for efficient DMX distribution to lighting fixtures. An incoming, isolated DMX feed from your controller is refreshed and split across four individually isolated, self-healing output lines. Splitters are a vital component in modern control architecture—enabling star-topology cable runs from a single output while protecting system integrity through complete electrical isolation.

Designed for simple DIN-rail mounting with technician-friendly terminal blocks, the unit operates on a 9 to 48V DC power supply. It offers universal compatibility across both Pharos Designer and Pharos Express control platforms.

Installer Friendly

Engineered for permanent fixtures, featuring technician-friendly 5.08mm (0.200″) plug-in rising-clamp terminals powered by a convenient 24V DC input. Includes standard RJ45 connectors along with flexible DIN-rail and keyhole mounting configurations.

Isolation

Every input and output port features independent galvanic isolation. This complete electrical separation safeguards internal control systems and connected ports from line faults, ground loops, and potential earth rises.

Protection

Equipped with four self-healing DMX ports, the Repeat shields connected equipment against short circuits, wiring errors, and high-energy power surges. Any electrical anomaly is isolated within the Repeat itself to protect surrounding system components, automatically restoring normal DMX output once the external line fault is removed.

Four Output Ports

Replicates an incoming DMX stream across four dedicated outputs, with each port supporting up to 32 downstream DMX fixtures.

RDM Support

Fully compatible with the Remote Device Management standard (ANSI E1.20), enabling downstream fixtures on all four ports to be discovered and communicate bidirectional data back to the central controller.
