Accounting-Bookkeeping / Claims Associate
As a Bookkeeping/Administrative Assistant you will assist our Sales team and Administrative staff with accounting activities, vendor management, general administrative operations, and an assortment of additional daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Reconcile vendor, merchant, and sales channel accounts
- Process state and federal filings
- Prepare general ledger journal entries
- Regularly communicate with vendors, suppliers and service providers
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers on rates, quotes, claims, and other related inquiries
- Data entry and management
- Maintain files, clerical records, and maintain a clean work environment
- Manage return/refund process, including: tracking claims, corresponding with clients, updating activity & status log, and coordinating with staff to process returns, replacements or refunds
- Organize, manage and update client, vendor and administrative files
- Update inventory lists and order office supplies as needed
- Regularly communicate and provide information to the CPA on all matters pertaining to financial records.
- Assist with HR activities including on boarding, payroll and performance reviews
- Evaluate client credentials and credit review
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2-year prior experience in bookkeeping and account management
- Strong understanding of budgeting and budget forecasting
- Demonstrated competence utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise Software (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required)
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Bilingual is a PLUS (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS ins a PLUS
- Understanding or inventory management

Graphic Design/Marketing Associate

Responsibilities
- Develop and create marketing content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
- Collaborate with engineers to draft product descriptions and upload videos to our YouTube account
- Monitor and respond to YouTube comments
- Manage eBay, Amazon, and Google accounts, update product catalogs and contact customer service to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
- Lead on art direction for products, set up fronts for product displays, photography, video recording, editing photos and video
- Draft product descriptions
- Upload content (videos, photos, product descriptions) to website

Qualifications
- Bachelors/Associate Degree in Graphic Design/Marketing or Equivalent Experience (Relevant work experience may substitute education requirements)

- Demonstrate experience using Canon 5D Mk III, 6D, and/or other photography equipment

Senior LED Lighting Sales Representative
Key Components:
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Technically Oriented with knowledge of LED lighting and lighting controls (DMX controls is a PLUS)
- Ability to communicate with architects, lighting designers, engineers, contractors, AV integrators, and installers
- Understanding of lighting controls used for residential, hospitality, architectural, and production applications
- Proven track history of sales accomplishments
Duties:
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills resulting in development of specific, measurable, and timely account planning activities
- Leverage extensive industry relationships to sell SIRS-E® LED lighting products into residential, commercial, industrial, production, and manufacturing vertical markets

SMT Programmer / Production Operator
We are looking for Programmer/Production Operators on a full time basis to assist in the manufacturing of LED strips lighting and controls. Reporting to the Engineering staff, the successful candidate will work in a small team to perform assembly of electronic components that includes preparation, placement and installation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Programming and maintenance.
- Operate screen printer, pick and place machine, and reflow oven.
- Perform all facets of surface mount assembly.
- Coordinate introduction of new boards and E.C.N. changes.
- Manual assembly of electronic components including complex and high density projects according to assembly books, custom specs and quality standards.
- Perform hand soldering, inspection and rework of all thru-hole, SMT, mixed assemblies and custom parts as per Engineering specifications and IPC workmanship standards.
- Component preparation, placement and installation.
- Final assembly and/or pack and ship as required.
- Mechanical assembly as required.
- Conduct repair/touch up/modifications on the products as required.
- Be able to work on different aspects of the manufacturing operations.
- Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set.
- Participate in all team level quality improvement initiatives and safety procedures.

Position Requirements:
- Knowledge in printed circuit board related processes – soldering, cleaning, and repairing.
- SMT knowledge ideal.

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of standards in electronic components handling preferred.
- Hands on manufacturing skills such as manual soldering are required.

Shipping / Receiving Associate
As a secondary responsibility, a shipping/receiver will assist with a multitude on non-inventory control tasks which may include assisting staff members with project and maintenance tasks.
Key Components:
- Track and process daily incoming and outgoing shipments while meeting deadlines
- Prepare shipments, generate bills of lading/air bills, labels, measure and weigh packages
- Record sale invoices in QuickBooks
- Communicate with customers and vendors to provide quotes and shipping status updates
- Liaise with shipping providers on rates, quotes, claims, and other related inquiries
- Receive merchandise and verify that order is complete per packing slips/invoices

Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide management, and leadership for all assigned operations personnel
- Plan and provide for adequate facilities, manpower, and equipment to meet the Royal business plan
- Represent manufacturing at all appropriate management functions
- Ensure performance measures are met – including shipping, receiving, quality, efficiency, delivery, P&L, marketing and sales
- Day to day management of essential HR Functions (staff, hiring, firing, disciplinary actions etc.)
- Works closely with other departments and CEO to ensure smooth overall management of the business

Qualifications:
