Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management: Create, manage, and optimize product listings across multiple online platforms including Amazon Seller Central, ensuring all details adhere to platform standards and guidelines. Craft engaging product titles, descriptions, and images to enhance click-through rates and conversions.
  • Amazon Seller Central Expertise: Leverage experience with Amazon Seller Central to manage product listings, analyze key metrics, conduct advertising campaigns, and evaluate competitors to drive sales and improve our market position.
  • Online Store Growth: Work towards expanding our online retail store (sirs-e.us) by developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies to boost e-commerce sales, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media profiles to create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and foster a positive community around our brand.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential growth opportunities in the e-commerce landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in a role involving Amazon Seller Central and other online retail platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective copywriting and content creation.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus, but not a necessity.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Sales Professional with deep expertise in digital media, social media management platforms, SEM, SEO, analytics, content writing, campaign management, sales funnels, and digital media technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that include digital media, social media management, SEM, SEO, analytics, content writing, and campaign management
  • Create and manage sales funnels to increase conversion rates
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences
  • Write engaging content for a variety of marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and advertising
  • Manage social media accounts, including daily updates and content creation
  • Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on digital media and social media management platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, analytics, and content writing. Having a Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of UX Design, CX and Design Thinking fundamentals. Having a Google UX Design Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with sales funnels and technical expertise

The Accounting/Bookkeeper Assistant will be responsible for performing routine clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, scan documents, filing, and other bookkeeping duties, as needed.

Key Components:

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in accounting software programs including Quickbooks
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with all Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities:

  • Document bookkeeping procedures
  • Research further information for incomplete documents
  • Scan order-related documents into systems or databases
  • Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
  • Check completed work for accuracy
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies

Qualifications:

  • Accounting college degree or at least 1 year of college
  • Familiarity with basic Accounting principles

The R&D Assistant will assist the design team with the testing of our new range of products and follow up on our different projects.

  • Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity
  • Resolving product issues and research solutions

Qualifications:
